Effect of thought on Health and the Body

The body is the servant of the mind. It obeys the operation of the mind, whether they be deliberately chosen or automatically expressed. At the bidding of unlawful (unhealthy) thoughts the body sinks rapidly into disease and decay ; at the command of glad and beautiful thought it becomes clothes with youthfulness and beauty.

We sometimes get carried away by  stress, tension, anxiety, depression, hate and other negativity feeling without even considering that it can affect us emotionally and physically, lowering our quality of life. The mind connection is much stronger than we think, as our thoughts and emotions stimulate the production of certain chemical that influence our physical and emotional health. For example serotonin and dopamine are two chemicals that our brain releases when we're experiencing happiness or euphoria.

A similar process occur with negative emotions, but instead of making the body well, they cause pain and other aliments that  prevent us from feeling healthy. The brain has ability to store important and decisive information for behavior and it's relationship to the body. Many experts agree that we all have the ability to see the good and the bad in any situation, as we are responsible for giving the moments in our day either a positive or negative connotation.

For example, chronic neck pain could possibly indicate an inability to see  different perspectives. Unexplained pain in the tips could be a sign that we're overrun with fear and unable to make important decisions. Upper back pain is association with heartbreak; middle back pain is related to the inability to let go of the past; and lower back pain is connected to financial stress.

When we're  experiencing a situation that makes us angry, a biochemical reaction occurs in the body that body raises adrenaline levels and cause us to relive the  experience again and again.

How do you fight with negative thoughts and feelings?

As much as we have moments full of happiness, it is the difficult times that test our strength and our ability  to control our emotions.
