How to improve and protect Eye Sight and Eye Health in 5 steps.

  There are some  lifestyle interventions that can help a person improve and protect their eyesight.

  Here, we present 5 ways to improve eyesight and eye health without corrective glasses.


1.Take care of your eyes

  • Take breaks every 45 minutes. 
  • Close your eyes for a while and sweep some water before you get back to work. 
  • At time you should rup your  palm  and keep it on your eyes. 
  • Whenever free press some acupressure point and move your eyes around. 
  • Whenever you go to wash remember to wash your eyes with water filling the mouth. 



2.Optic massage and enough sleep

  1. Take 1 spoon Fennel Seeds. 
  2. Take 1 Spoon of Mishri (a type of Indian Sugar)
