1.Training bench
The training bench is a diverse piece of equipment that serves it’s purpose for seniors and young athletes as well. It is used for performing weight training exercises or even sit-ups
How to made training bench at home?
A dining room chair or even your living room couch can make an excellent substitute for your typical workout bench. Whichever option you choose to use, just be sure that it's sturdy, stationary and, if possible, pushed up against a wall for a little added support.2.Dumbbells
- Fill water into each water bottle, either full or as much as you would like them to weigh.
- Take heavy duty tape and wrap four water bottles together, then do this for the other four water bottles.
- Get your pipe, stick or a rode.
- With the bottom of the water bottles facing the stick, insert the stick into the middle space formed by the four water bottles. Repeat this step with the other water bottles, mounting them on the other side of the stick.
- Tape and secure the stick and water bottles to each other
3.Treadmills
It's difficult to make treadmill at home so what you can do is replace that Treadmill exercise with other. If you're ready to really take your workouts up a notch then this exercise is for you: Plyometrics, Jump,rope,Hiking, Swimming,Surfing,Rowing,Yoga,Stationary bicycle.
4. Stationary 🚴 Bicycle
For a stationary bicycle made a stand for it to sit on. You can bike on the back porch.
The only thing has to purchase was a set of pegs to put on the back axles. Then place the pegs into slots drilled into the stand , made from scrap wood
5. Barbell
For Making a barbell with water bottles. Take 2 packs of 6 bottles each and duct tape them symmetrically to an iron bar you can grip easily. This barbell will be good for any exercise you do with a barbell, like lifts and presses.
- If these 2 packs are too much, don't use half filled bottles. Half-filled bottles will slosh around and shake the bar. Instead, tape individual filled bottles to the bar.
- If 2 packs aren't enough, use four or six packs of bottles taped to the bar. Alternately, tape individual bottles to each end of the bar. First line them horizontally along the bar side by side, then stack them on top of each other. Make sure to leave plenty of room for your hands to grip the bar in wide and narrow grips.
- The taping must be functional. Make horizontal, vertical, and diagonal rounds to wrap the packs to the bar.
