Two-third of our body is made up of water so for the proper functioning of of the organs adequate water is essential however the same water when consume in a wrong way it becomes the reason for most shocking health problems like migraine , joint pain, weak digestion, skin problems , hair falls, lethargy, heart and kidney problems the sad part is that 99% of the people drink water in a wrong way due to which they are unintentionally harming their body rather than getting benefits from this miraculous drink so if you want to move right way of drinking water stay up .
Water is most important for our body without water we can't use the nutrients that come from carbs, protein and fats because water is so essential and beneficial. It does not mean that we can drink water whenever we want to.
1. Drinking water before and after meal.
Gulping the water before and after might be the memos satisfy things for you however this is the most worst thing that you can do to your body when we eat a meal our body's temperatures for better digestion but drinking water just after meals instantly dilute gastric juices reducing the body's ability to digest food. This way the food doesn't get digested and rots within the system.
when food rots within the system now only your body fail to absorb the nutrients from it but also it brings along they just have problem like bloating gas, acidity , etc this is the reason you see the people saying that I eat healthy food but I still not get desired results. The reason is that you are drinking water just before or after meals one small hacks that we should has to practice is instead of drinking we should rinse our mouth with it.

In today's fast paced like most mindlessly drink water it might seem hard to believe but in reality the way water enters your body can make a huge difference if you drink water too fast anyway your body wouldn't accept it and would flush most of it out exactly the opposite of what you wanted to happen .
Moreover our stomach is more acidic in nature on the other hand saliva in her mouth is alkaline in nature and it's job is to stabilize the acid and stomach when we gulp large large amount of water at Once very less saliva mixed with the water so the atmosphere inside the stomach remains acidic. This may cause acidity, bloating gas, etc. Even gain in weight because stomach fail to absorb the nutrients from the food and remove the unwanted material from the body ideally one one should slowly sip the water to start with you can avoid bottles with wide mouth or even better to use glass.
3. Drinking chilled water
Many of you after coming to office run to the to refrigerator grabbing the bottle of chilled water to quench your thirst if yes than you better stop doing that drinking chilled water cannot only cause a sore throat but also has serious demerits. Firstly water shrink the blood vessels seriously restricting digestion process. It also tends to solidify the fats from the food making it tough for your body to break down the unwanted fats.
Other another major side effects of drinking cold water is joints pain also it decreases the heart rate . It should drink water at room temperature. Lukewarm water is even better although. If you want to drink cold water start using earthen pots it is the boy only natural cooler but also balanced the pH of water removing impurities .
4.Drinking too much water
Drinking water in excess makes the salt and other electrolytes in our body to diluted and one of sodium stop to balance the fluid in and around yourselves. Drinking too much water cause an imbalance and the liquid move from to inside yourselves making them swell and in case of brain cells that seriously bad having yellowish urine, parched lips, very dry skin, pack of energy rapid breathing.
5. Drinking water while standing
Today people drink water not only standing but walking but even while running when we drink water in standing position our kidneys are not able to filtered the water properly in this position your Musil and nervous system are not relax and it makes difficult for your nerves too quickly digest the fluid this may disrupt the balance of fluid in our body leading to greater accumulation of fluid in the joints triggering the Arthritis so it is best to site down and sweep water slowly.
When to drink water?
Whenever you feel thirsty drink water however when one time when water Should ever be skipped just after walking up (saliva help in Neutralizing the stomach acid ) and the morning saliva is considered to be most effective so every morning before brushing the teeth drink water. Waters can also be consumed in between the meal and not with meals, keep a gap of at least one hour after the meals and 30 min before the meals.

How much water vla person needs in a day depends on many factors like individual body type with physical activity and climate. Our body also get water from various foods like fruit and vegetables so it would be unfair to give one fixed quantity. It is best to see how your body respond and drain accordingly. 2.5 to 3 leters per day is enough .
